Telecom Audits
Telecom auditing is an essential part of the overall plan to reduce telecom costs. A retroactive telecom audit may uncover billing errors that result in large refunds or credits from your carriers. Our telecom and wireless auditing team will validate invoices to contracted rates, identify over payments, find billing errors and then work with the carriers to get your refund or credit in a timely matter.
We understand the appeal of using a contingency auditor with a "no out of pocket" cost approach to telecom auditing, but realize once the retroactive audit is complete the best way to control costs going forward is by using TEM Software. That's because TEM software automatically identifies and flags errors by variance of MRC dollar amount, contracted rate not invoiced correclty or percentage of invoiced amount out of a set range. Once the errors are flagged you can approve the charge or open a billing discrepancy directly from the TEM Software.
Fee Based Consulting
We provide fee based consulting for a number of services such as creating RFI's and RFP's, evaluating vendor proposals and having telecom and wireless contract's reviewed by telecom attorneys. We also consult on the evaluation of new technologies, ROI, proof of concept and migration strategies to MPLS and VoIP.
Wireless Optimization
Wireless Optimization is the term used for reviewing wireless plans under a master services agreement from a wireless provider. While TEM Software will keep track of inventory and provide reporting metrics on above or below plan minutes it takes a manual process to provide the most efficient wireless optimization. Many times the wireless provider will provide optimization recommendations and these do help. However we can typical lower costs by an additional 20% after a wireless provider completes their optimization. These are specialized services that wireless providers will not include in their optimization techniques. As with all Vocio services wireless optimization savings are guaranteed and you only pay as you receive the savings.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR)
Business continuity and disaster recovery planning are processes that help organizations prepare for disruptive events. Development of a BCDR plan is critical to any organization in the event of a major hurricane, fiber cuts or other natural and unnatural events.
